When is my child's Picture Day?
A picture day flyer will be sent home with your child about one to two weeks prior to the actual date. You can also Contact Us and we would be happy to give you info on your picture day.
How should my child dress for Picture Day?

On Picture Day, will an adult help my child get ready for their portrait?
Our trained staff will be happy to assist your child with straightening their clothing, checking posture and making sure that hair is looking neat and tidy. If you have special request about how your child’s portrait (such as glasses being off, hair up or down, etc.) please let him/her know to tell our staff, or Contact Us before picture day.
What if my child misses Picture Day?
No need to worry! Depending on the program your school has chosen, a Make-Up Day may be available at your school, or at our office. Please Contact Us for information specific to your school.
How do I order my portraits?
Visit our Order Page and enter your shoot key. If you do not know your shoot key, or If you have any other questions, feel free to Contact Us.
What if I am not satisfied with my portraits?
We are confident that you are going to treasure your child’s pictures, however if you are unsatisfied for any reason, we have a 30-day money-back guarantee.
Can I get a print release on my child's portraits?
Yes, most of our digital packages come with a print release allowing unlimited production of the images purchased. Sumner Photography has a copyright policy designed to protect the images we take. When you purchase portraits of your child, the original image remains the property of Sumner Photography. This image cannot be photocopied or reproduced without our print release.
